ServiceNow’s AI agent ecosystem is expanding rapidly, with partners such as Accenture, Cognizant, and Deloitte building new AI agents on the ServiceNow Store.

Why Everyone Wants to Partner with ServiceNow

ServiceNow has launched a suite of agentic AI innovations, led by the AI Agent Orchestrator, designed to autonomously manage complex enterprise workflows. Acting as a centralised control tower, the new platform streamlines the coordination of AI agents across tasks, systems, and departments, driving productivity and automation at scale.

Thousands of pre-built AI agents for IT, HR, and customer service are now available, along with the AI Agent Studio, a no-code platform that allows businesses to build and customise AI agents tailored to specific workflows.

The AI Agent Orchestrator goes beyond simple task execution, enabling inter-agent communication and centralised coordination. It ensures AI agents share information and manage task handoffs, making them indispensable for handling complex workflows such as customer onboarding or network security incident management.

Organisations such as EY and Rolls-Royce are already leveraging ServiceNow’s AI agents to enhance operational efficiency.

“AI agents are critical to empower teams with intelligent capabilities working in collaboration between humans and AI,” said Raj Sharma, EY Global managing partner – growth and innovation. “This is why we are working with ServiceNow and our ecosystem partners to harness the full potential of agentic AI across our AI platforms at enterprise scale.”

Rachel Cameron, head of transformational programmes at Rolls-Royce, said, “By integrating ServiceNow AI Agents, we are reducing manual effort and enabling faster, data-driven decision-making. AI-powered automation is helping us deflect service desk tickets, optimise workflows, and provide intelligent insights—allowing our teams to focus on high-value activities while ensuring our operations remain efficient, secure, and future-ready.”

ServiceNow’s AI agent ecosystem is expanding rapidly, with partners such as Accenture, Cognizant, and Deloitte building new AI agents on the ServiceNow Store. Unlike other AI agents that rely on isolated cloud environments, ServiceNow AI Agents leverage 20 years of enterprise workflow automation data, enabling immediate productivity upon deployment.

Additionally, the new AI Agent Studio empowers businesses to create custom AI agents using natural language prompts instead of code. The platform integrates seamlessly with existing automation tools, giving organizations the flexibility to develop AI agents for specialized business needs.

The new features offer AI Agent Orchestrator and AI Agent Studio at no additional cost for Pro Plus and Enterprise Plus customers starting in March. The company’s recent acquisition of Cuein, an AI-native conversation data analysis platform, further strengthens its AI roadmap, ensuring businesses can leverage the latest AI advancements seamlessly.

“ServiceNow serves as the AI agent control tower, bringing order to chaos,” said Amit Zavery, president, chief product officer, and chief operating officer at ServiceNow. “Agentic AI without unification creates more complexity within an enterprise. The ability of ServiceNow AI Agents to work together on tasks that draw from multiple systems and departments truly stands out. Our AI agents collaborate like active participants at work, acting as true extensions of their human counterparts.”
